Warranty Information
All our Eco systems carry a full 12 months warranty on all parts
and labour.
A further extended 2 year warranty is available subject to an annual service by a TEV Engineer*.
Prices for the extended 2 year parts and labour warranty are:
* Eco 26 - £60
* Eco 35 - £70
* Eco 50 - £90
* Eco 70 - £110
Servicing Information
A full service includes;
* Examination of all electrics
* Full drainage check
* Cleaning of all outer surfaces of the unit
* Assessment of filters
* Cleaning of the indoor heat exchanger with an
anti-bacterial agent
* Monitoring of the system pressures
The cost for a full service (during the extended warranty period) for all of the units is £75 for the 1st system and £25 for additional systems installed at the same location.
The cost for a service only is £100.
